After talking to many modifications companies, I finally talked to Eric with Mortgage Modification Group. I must admit he was God sent. I had talked to my lender and asked them for a loan modification with my investment properties and they said NO. I spoke with Eric and he was very knowledgeable about the process and asked me to complete the required financial documents. I was very impressed that every time I called him with a question, he answered the phone. I had previously called other loan modification companies and would always get an answering machine. Not to mention their fees were outrageous.

With this particular lender, I had adjustable rate mortgages on two properties. I had already received an auction notice on one property and they were ready to send out a foreclosure notice for the other property. I know you may feel that there isn’t any real help to keep your property, but if you give Mortgage Modification Group a chance, they will do whatever it takes to work with the lender.
