I had already received an auction notice on one property and they were ready to send
out a foreclosure notice for the other property. Eric completed my package, spoke
with my lender’s loss mitigation department and got both of my properties approved
for a loan modification. My interest rate and payment was lowered and both loans were
changed to a fixed rate. I must also admit that the fees with Mortgage Modification
Group are very reasonable. I know you may feel that there isn’t any real help to keep
your property, but if you give Mortgage Modification Group a chance, they will do
whatever it takes to work with the lender. This is a true and real testimony and I’m
grateful to have met Eric with Mortgage Modification Group.

          Dear Eric,

Thank you. You certainly have been a God send. I've been fighting with Citimortgage
for the past two years to bring my mortgage current. And it wasn't until you "joined
the fight" did we start to make headways.

I remember when I signed on with you how you emphasized that you could not guarantee
that this process would come out in my favor, but you would give a good fight and
you certainly have.

I appreciate the weekly check-ins and updates. To think that I could have lost my
house because someone at Citimortgage mis-read my financial paperwork is frightening.

I did not have the time or emotional stamina to pursue this matter on the phone with
Citimortgage. Every time I got off the phone with them I was emotionally drained;
add to that all the other issues that led to my falling behind, I just could not have
done this myself.

As I told you on the phone, had it not been that my son-in-law's friend referred me
to you, I would probably have seen your add and ignored it. There are so many agencies
saying that they'll help you, but they do one of two things - take your money and
do very little to nothing for you or gather information that they can report to your
mortgage company to help them collect their debt from you.

This letter is written to first say thank you and to let anyone who sees your add
know that you are for real. Real help for the consumer, not the mortgage companies.
Again, thank you so much.
