Dear Fellow Homeowners,

We all know how tough the economy has been on all of us lately and most importantly, how financially and emotionally stressful it can be to manage ones finances in such an unpredictable world. Just recently I was in a position which may sound very similar to yours and I wanted to convey my own personal story in that there is hope and a happy ending if you know about the process and where to turn. I had a home mortgage loan that my wife and I could no longer afford due to a loss of employment compiled by credit card debt and just the skyrocketing cost of living. To make matters worse, our loan was about to "adjust" and inflate as we had already refinanced a few years earlier. In hindsight, the economic reasons don't really matter. It could have been an unexpected medical bill, college tuition, a new roof, etc.

I was really stressed out and just about to throw in the towel and actually let the bank take my childhood home when a friend suggested I call Eric Katz of Mortgage Modification Group, located in Coral Springs, FL. I was immediately impressed with Eric's knowledge, sincerity and willingness to listen. Eric is a professional negotiator and businessman, with over 10 years of actual experience in the mortgage modification and credit repair field.

All it took was a modest service fee and Eric was able to successfully renegotiate a more affordable monthly mortgage payment. I feel life is finally back to normal again! If you are in a similar position now, don't just wait for a miracle because everything can and will build up and time is of the essence. Thanks again Eric!!

"Thank you for your help with my mortgage reduction. I couldn't believe my rate got lowered from 10.4% to 4.25%. This gives me a whole new outlook & the ability to move forward. Without your help I would have certainly had to walk away. Now I have a positive cash flow. Thanks a half a million ha ha ha  get it." J. Stefaniak,   Famingham, MA
