Dear Eric,

Thank you. You certainly have been a God send. I've been fighting with Citimortgage for the past two years to bring my mortgage current. And it wasn't until you "joined the fight" did we start to make headways.

I remember when I signed on with you how you emphasized that you could not guarantee that this process would come out in my favor, but you would give a good fight and you certainly have.

I appreciate the weekly check-ins and updates. To think that I could have lost my house because someone at Citimortgage mis-read my financial paperwork is frightening.

I did not have the time or emotional stamina to pursue this matter on the phone with Citimortgage. Every time I got off the phone with them I was emotionally drained; add to that all the other issues that led to my falling behind, I just could not have done this myself.

As I told you on the phone, had it not been that my son-in-law's friend referred me to you, I would probably have seen your add and ignored it. There are so many agencies saying that they'll help you, but they do one of two things - take your money and do very little to nothing for you or gather information that they can report to your mortgage company to help them collect their debt from you.

This letter is written to first say thank you and to let anyone who sees your add know that you are for real. Real help for the consumer, not the mortgage companies. Again, thank you so much.

Dear Fellow Homeowners,

We all know how tough the economy has been on all of us lately and most importantly, how financially and emotionally stressful it can be to manage ones finances in such an unpredictable world. Just recently I was in a position which may sound very similar to yours and I wanted to convey my own personal story in that there is hope and a happy ending if you know about the process and where to turn. I had a home mortgage loan that my wife and I could no longer afford due to a loss of employment compiled by credit card debt and just the skyrocketing cost of living. To make matters worse, our loan was about to "adjust" and inflate as we had already refinanced a few years earlier. In hindsight, the economic reasons don't really matter. It could have been an unexpected medical bill, college tuition, a new roof, etc.

I was really stressed out and just about to throw in the towel and actually let the bank take my childhood home when a friend suggested I call Eric Katz of Mortgage Modification Group, located in Coral Springs, FL. I was immediately impressed with Eric's knowledge, sincerity and willingness to listen. Eric is a professional negotiator and businessman, with over 10 years of actual experience in the mortgage modification and credit repair field.

All it took was a modest service fee and Eric was able to successfully renegotiate a more affordable monthly mortgage payment. I feel life is finally back to normal again! If you are in a similar position now, don't just wait for a miracle because everything can and will build up and time is of the essence. Thanks again Eric!!

"Thank you for your help with my mortgage reduction. I couldn't believe my rate got lowered from 10.4% to 4.25%. This gives me a whole new outlook & the ability to move forward. Without your help I would have certainly had to walk away. Now I have a positive cash flow. Thanks a half a million ha ha ha  get it." J. Stefaniak,   Famingham, MA
