Thank you so much for helping me to keep my home. I tried for many
months to get my lender Taylor Bean & Whitaker to even talk to me about modifying
my mortgage with no success. I though for sure I was going to lose my
home.
Then I met you, a truly sincere, honest and straight forward person.
You told me from the beginning that you could not guarantee the outcome
of the modification if I hired you but, you did reassure me that you
would fight for my home as if it were your own. You did just that from
the moment you took over, you kept me informed of every move you made

After talking to many modifications companies, I finally talked
to Eric with Mortgage Modification Group. I must admit he was
God sent. I had talked to my lender and asked them for a loan
modification with my investment properties and they said NO.
I spoke with Eric and he was very knowledgeable about the process
and asked me to complete the required financial documents.
I was very impressed that every time I called him with a question,
he answered the phone. I had previously called other loan modification
companies and would always get an answering machine. Not to

Thank you. You certainly have been a God send. I've been
fighting with Citimortgage for the past two years to bring
my mortgage current. And it wasn't until you "joined the fight" did
we start to make headways.
I remember when I signed on with you how you emphasized that

Dear Fellow Homeowners,
We all know how tough the economy has been on all of us
lately and most importantly, how financially and emotionally
